CylinTech Solutions Ltd operates a digital marketplace connecting customers with licensed LPG vendors for cooking gas delivery in Kenya. Our platform facilitates:

• GPS-based vendor matching
• Real-time delivery tracking
• Secure payment processing via M-Pesa and card
• Vendor and rider onboarding services

3. User Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Orders and Payments

When placing an order through our platform:

• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be completed before or upon delivery as specified
• We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery in select areas
• Orders may be cancelled according to our cancellation policy

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on vendor availability, traffic, and weather conditions. Standard delivery is typically 30-45 minutes; emergency delivery within 15 minutes is subject to availability and additional fees.

6. Safety and Compliance

All vendors on our platform are required to hold valid EPRA licenses and comply with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) regulations. Users must:

• Use LPG cylinders in accordance with safety guidelines
• Ensure proper storage and handling of cylinders
• Report any safety concerns immediately

7. Vendor and Rider Terms

Vendors and riders using our platform are subject to additional terms including verification requirements, service standards, and commission structures as outlined in their respective agreements with CylinTech Solutions Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

CylinTech Solutions Ltd acts as an intermediary platform. While we verify vendors and ensure compliance, we are not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of vendors or riders
• Quality of products beyond our inspection capability
• Damages resulting from improper use of LPG
• Service interruptions beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by or licensed to CylinTech Solutions Ltd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
